Products:
Our items are handmade, so small variations in stitching, color, size, and finish are normal and are part of the charm. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens and lighting vary. We may change, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.
Personalized and custom orders:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, text, and details you submit. We make personalized items exactly as entered. Custom items are final sale except as stated in our Refund Policy. Please check spelling, dates, and colors before you order.
Pricing and payment:
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added where required. Payment is due at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error, a payment problem, or suspected fraud.
Shipping, returns, and refunds:
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Care and safe use:
Follow the care instructions on our FAQ page. Some products, such as small charms, ornaments, and patches, contain small parts and are not toys. They are not intended for children under 3, and adults should supervise younger children. Do not place 3D printed items near heat.
Intellectual property:
All designs, embroidery files, artwork, photos, text, and logos on this site belong to Little Gift Lab LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, digitize, resell, or use them without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the design.
Custom design requests and your content:
If you send us a name, quote, or artwork for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it. We do not make items that copy trademarked characters, logos, or someone else's protected work, and we may decline any request.
Accounts:
If you create an account, keep your login private and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
Acceptable use:
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or hack it, use bots or scrapers, or use it for anything unlawful.
Reviews and photos:
If you post a review or photo of your purchase, you give us permission to display it on our site and social media with your first name or handle. We may remove content that is abusive or unrelated.
Disclaimer:
The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Gift Lab LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
