Little Gift Lab LLC ("Little Gift Lab," "we," "us") runs littlegiftlab.store. We are a small handmade shop, and we only collect what we need to make and ship your order. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect:
- Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give one), and the details of what you ordered, including any personalization text, names, or colors.
- Account information: if you create an account, your email, name, and order history.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors through Wix. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages and forms: anything you send through our contact form, custom order requests, or email, and your email address if you join our mailing list.
- Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it:
- To make, ship, and support your order, including custom pieces.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your questions.
- To send news, new collections, and offers if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve how it works.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with:
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the shop:
- Wix (website hosting, store, accounts, and forms).
- Payment processors (for example, Wix Payments, PayPal, or card processors).
- Shipping carriers such as USPS.
- Email and analytics or advertising tools we use, such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking:
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your login, and understand how visitors use the site. Analytics and advertising tools may also use cookies or pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.
Your choices and rights:
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to contact@littlegiftlab.store. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell personal data and will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Data retention and security:
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and support, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Children:
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
