How It Works (Step-by-Step)

• Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry Fill out the quick request form below. Tell me about the item you want, your color choices, and your general design vision. You can also upload a reference photo or sketch if you have one!

• Step 2: Design & Quote Review I will review your ideas and email you within 2–3 business days with a personalized price quote and initial design thoughts.

• Step 3: Approval & Payment Once we finalize your design details and timeline, I will send you a custom listing or invoice. Production begins as soon as payment is completed.

• Step 4: Creation & Shipping Your item will be custom-made and carefully prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking link the moment it heads your way.

Custom Order Limitations & Policies

To ensure the highest quality for your embroidered pieces, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Turnaround Time: Custom orders require a minimum of 2–3 weeks for digital design work, setup, and machine production. I cannot accommodate immediate or next-day rush orders.

• Material Restrictions: I currently provide and embroider high-quality blank apparel and accessories (such as tote bags, sweatshirts, hoodies, caps, and patches). I cannot accept outside garments sent in by customers, and I do not embroider heavy leathers or delicate silk/satin fabrics.

• Copyrighted Designs: I cannot reproduce copyrighted logos, licensed characters, or trademarked artwork. All designs must be your own original idea, a logo you own, or a custom composition we create together.

• No Returns on Custom Work: Because these pieces are uniquely personalized to your specifications, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
