4. Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Our processing times vary by item.

For made-to-order embroidered apparel, please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be created before it is shipped.
For all other in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, it may be subject to the longer processing time.
Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility for the package ends. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.

In-Stock Items: We accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, made-to-order and custom embroidered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. We are happy to arrange for a replacement.
Return Process: To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us at contact@littlegiftlab.store with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
