We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. Products and Services

Our products are sold exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

• Handmade Disclaimer: We take pride in the handmade nature of our products. As such, products may have slight variations in color, size, and design. These are not considered defects but are a part of the unique character of handmade items.

• Product Care: To ensure the longevity of your items, please follow all care instructions. For embroidered apparel, please wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

• Pricing: We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time without notice.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Our processing times vary by item.

  • For made-to-order embroidered apparel, please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be created before it is shipped.

  • For all other in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, it may be subject to the longer processing time.

• Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility for the package ends. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.

• In-Stock Items: We accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, made-to-order and custom embroidered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. We are happy to arrange for a replacement.

• Return Process: To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us at contact@littlegiftlab.store with your order number and reason for return.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Custom Orders

We accept custom orders. Please note that all payments for custom orders are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Little Gift Lab shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Little Gift Lab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
